We hold replacement hardware and parts in region and provide next business day shipping to ensure you the fastest resolution time.
Onsite+ is an affordable support contract that provides you with remote support with an onsite service level agreement. We can attend site from 24-72 hours subject to engineering availability and access for a maximum of 3 visits per year.
Available for durations of 1-5 years to cover your product from manufacturing defect or component failure.
With Repair+ you can schedule your product for repair, return it to our authorised repair centre and we take care of the rest. Authorised repair technicians will use certified spare parts to resolve a hardware defect with your device throughout the coverage period.
